Our online shop accepts payment through PayPal, though you do not need to have a PayPal account to do this. PayPal accepts payment through all major debit / credit cards.
Where do you ship to and how much does postage cost?
We are please to offer worldwide shipping. Our current rates are: UK postage: £4.50 per order. Orders over £50.00 are free. (UK only.) European postage: £12.00 per order. Rest of the world postage: £15.00 per order.
How long is delivery?
We aim to dispatch your order 1-2 after receiving it. All postage is by Royal Mail second class, please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch date.
Yes, please specify delivery address if different to billing address at point of purchase.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Where possible our packaging is recyclable or compostable.

Where can I use my Gift Card and when does it expire?
Our Gift Cards can be used for garden admission, Local's Passes and Memberships. They can also be used in any of the hospitality and retail outlets across site. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment by gift card online.
