1. All items are subject to availability. There may be a delay in dispatching your order if any item is out of stock. Orders would normally be dispatched within 14 days of receipt; but you would be notified and given the opportunity to amend or cancel your order, if expected dispatch exceeds this period.

2. We reserve the right to review the price of any item. If any item you have ordered is subject to any increase in price, we will notify you prior to dispatch.

3. Your credit card will be debited when your order is dispatched. If your order comprises more than one consignment, we reserve the right to debit your card for each consignment dispatched.

4. All prices include VAT at the appropriate rate. Postage & packing is an additional cost and is itemised separately for each product.

5. Certain items may only be dispatched to addresses within the UK. (eg seeds and foodstuffs). If your order contravenes the relevant legislation, we will give you the opportunity to either cancel or modify your order.

6. All items are of merchantable quality and packaged securely. We would not normally accept responsibility for damage in transit. However, in the event of any problem experienced on delivery, please contact us in the first instance.

7. Illustrations of items featured are for guidance only. We reserve the right to supply an item which may not be identical to the illustration; but could reasonably be identified as the same product.

8. During the seven day period following the receipt of the goods you have ordered, you may return the items to us if you are not satisfied with them. We will refund the cost of the goods and the return postage. A refund will only be made if the goods returned are unused and in an undamaged condition.

9. All purchases from www.heliganshop.com are governed by English Law.

10. Your statutory rights are not affected.
