The amount that we charge for postage and packing is £5.95 per transaction. If an order is placed via our website for an item that is temporarily out of stock, we aim to notify you ASAP, either by telephone or email. If you then choose to proceed with ordering this item, we will forward the balance as soon as stocks arrive, with no extra postage incurred.

Products are normally dispatched within 14 days of your order, although in most cases within 2 or 3 working days. They are sent via Royal Mail and by airmail to elsewhere in the world. Please note that we cannot send seeds or foodstuffs outside the UK.
